When you get your money back for the £8.99 full history check, and how.

Automatic refunds
If we take your payment but cannot deliver the report — our supplier has no record, fails, or the email cannot be sent — we try again for about fifteen minutes and then refund the full £8.99 to your card through Square, without you having to ask, and email you to say so. Refunds usually reach your account in 3–10 working days, depending on your bank.
If the report is wrong or incomplete
Email [DAN: contact address] with your order reference (shown on the page you see after paying) or the registration and email address you used, and what is wrong. If the report does not match its description, we will fix it or refund you in full. [DAN: confirm a response time, e.g. two working days.]
Changing your mind
Once the report has been emailed you cannot cancel it for a change of mind: you asked for it to be supplied straight away (see Terms). If you paid twice for the same car by mistake, tell us and we will refund the duplicate.
