Decisions for you
- Who runs the site: legal name, trading name, postal address, and a contact email a person reads.
- Hosting and database regions, and each provider's transfer safeguard.
- Retention periods (proposed: lookups 12 months, logs 30 days, free reports 12 months, orders 6 years) — then they need enforcing in code.
- The checkout consent tick box that the 14-day cancellation clause depends on (not built).
- Whether to offer a data guarantee; a refund response time.
- What the digest should say each month, and when the first one goes.
